When I woke up this morning
felt a terrible ache inside my head
Hardly heard the rain falling
Knocking on my door
And I can't stand it no more

We only miss the sunshine when it's raining
Don't feel so fine don't stop complaining
Oh I don't need a guiding hand
To lead me through the rain
I only miss a little bit of sun brightning
Up your face

When I woke up that morning
I felt a terrible heat inside my head
Blinking at the glistening sun
Shining into my eye
making me high

And upon the next daybreak
I saw rain and sun together as one
Won't be knocking on my door
Shining into my eyes
Telling no lies
